Allen Marine constructed a 200' by 100' Wedgecore Hanger in 1995. This facility has allowed Allen Marine to build as many as five 78' Catamarans—simultaneously.

The environment inside the hanger is controlled with in-floor heating and a ventilation system to allow us to produce the highest quality welds in both our vessels construction and bridges and gangways. In addition to this structure, Allen Marine has the following facilities/equipment located on its property in Sitka, Alaska:
