Allen Marine constructed a 200' by 100' Wedgecore Hanger during 1994 and 1995. This facility has allowed us to build as many as five 78' Catamarans in it at once. The environment inside the hanger is controlled with in-floor heating and a ventilation system to allow us to produce the highest quality welds even in the environment of Southeast Alaska. In addition to this structure Allen Marine has the following facilities/equipment located on its property in Sitka, AK: MIG and TIG Welding Machines Press and Break Pipe Bender Lathe Fully stocked Tool Room with parts storage Electricians Shop with storage Fabrication Shop with storage Mechanics Shop with storage Paint Booth and Paint Storage Many Areas with covered storage for production material Office space in Main shop Two story office building with heated storage Two marine Travel Lift slips 70 ton Travel Lift 60 ton Travel Lift Private Dock Facility 20 ton Crane High Lift Fork-lifts Standard Fork-lifts Boom Truck |
